Elder Bednar Life Elder David A. Bednar is someone who truly lives by the idea that faith can push out fear, and that's something he's passed down to his kids too. His son Michael talked about how his dad's confidence and faith helped him to see that even in tough times, things would turn out okay. This wasn't just empty talk but was backed by the belief that hard work and faith in God bring success, and it's important to remember where that success comes from. Elder Bednar's attitude to teaching and leadership is something that I would think we all should emulate. He's not just about telling people what they should do, but rather about asking questions that make them think and find answers for themselves. His dad wasn't a member of the church, but Elder Bednar didn't push him; he just kept asking and waiting until his dad decided it was the right time for him. This shows me a lot about trusting in the right timing for things to happen, not just in matters of faith but in all aspects of life. I love his ability to connect with others on a personal level, this shows his belief that goodness goes above social status or occupation. His life serves as a reminder of the influence we can have when we dedicate our lives to following the teachings of the Savior. Word Count: 149

Elder Cook Testimony When I watched Elder Quentin L. Cook's testimony, I felt like I was right there with him in England. It reminds me of the journey of faith we all go through. That is how important it is to remember the sacred moments in our lives. It made me think about the times I have had the opportunity to share the gospel with others and the impact it can have on their lives. As I didn’t serve a full-time mission it made me realize that just because I didn’t do that, I can still share the gospel with others and be always a missionary. That I need to find the dedication to spreading the gospel more in my own life. That there are people that I encounter that need to hear the message of Christ. It reminded me that even when things seem difficult, the Lord is always there to guide and support me. Elder Cook's testimony reminded me of the importance of living a life centered on Jesus Christ. When we do this, we will be able to persevere and overcome the challenges that we are faced with daily. Word Count: 189
