Based on your observations of the Moon, put these pictures in the correct chronological order you would have seen them if you started observing when the Moon was completely dark (no portion of it was lit). Give your answer for the Northern Hemisphere. If you observed in the Southern Hemisphere, the lit portion would be on the opposite side of the Moon. The tilt of Earth’s axis causes the seasons because the days are longer in summer. the rays of light strike the ground more directly in summer. Label these important reference points in your sky.
