Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT),
helps people problem-solve.
CBT also reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and
feelings, and the behaviors that follow. CBT therapists emphasize

led up to their difficulties. A certain amount of information about
one’s history is needed, but the focus is primarily on moving
forward in time to develop more effective ways of coping with life.

that helps promote sustained progress and long-term success.

Adults who receive care through the Rock Crest Structured Living
PHP take part in full days of structured clinical services provided
by dedicated professionals within a safe and welcoming
environment. Partial Hospitalization Addiction Treatment Program
is in session 5.5 hours a day, seven days a week. When not in
session clients are able to opt for sober living with continued
supervision and support or to return home. Case management
services, medication management, individual therapy, group
therapy, recreation therapy, expression through art and music are
all offered services for the PHP program. PA adheres to the
American Counseling Association Code of Ethics. A.9. Group
