2A. About Grow Management Consultants
Grow Management Consultants is a brand new business consultancy firm which is just about
to begin operations It will offer a range of services such as:
Web based coaching and training of businesses in relation to operations and process
and policy training
Short videos ( bite size tutorials) that target key areas of on boarding and induction training usually missed by large corporations
Consulting on business compliance Services will be offered Australia-wide to begin with and the CEO has also heard from his network of friends and colleges that Egypt and Russia are interested in his services. The company also plans to write and produce books on a range of topics about operations and systematic compliance in the business space The company was established by its Principal Consultants, Paul Burns and Sammy Martin, both of whom are Directors. The company employs four Senior Consultants, a Resource Manager, A Training Manager, an Office Manager, Administration Officer, and a Receptionist.
Grow Management also employs a 15 year old weekend worker who will clean the office and
stock up the equipment and order new supplies Grow Management are also actively looking for a new office as they want to create a more innovative and creative space for their employees.
