Running head: TITLE OF YOUR PAPER 1 Module 03 Course Project - Reflection on Self-Assessment Surveys Janaiya Stewart Rasmussen University Self -Assessment Reflection Paper
TITLE OF YOUR PAPER 2 The model for self-assessment is significant to both academics and businesses. The self- assessment projects I had helped in providing insights into my comprehension. It had a significant impact on identifying the gaps in my knowledge and in realizing which area I needed to work on for improvement. My expectation of self-assessment was it will be of great help in developing my skills yet further. I was anxious to learn my current abilities and set goals for my studies and my future career as an effective manager. My self-assessment experience has improved my confidence when tackling ethical issues that involve social, work and developing personal relationships. This self-assessment reflective paper purposes of analyzing my performance, highlight my strengths and weaknesses and finally pinpoint how the self-test will impact my goal of becoming an effective manager. One survey assessment that I found particularly insightful was a personality assessment that I took as part of a professional development workshop. The results of the assessment provided me with a detailed analysis of my personality traits, strengths, and areas for improvement. What surprised me the most was how accurately the assessment captured my personality and behavior patterns. It highlighted aspects of my personality that I had never really considered before, and it gave me valuable insights into how I interact with others and approach various situations. The assessment also helped me understand why I may react a certain way in certain situations and provided me with strategies for how to leverage my strengths and work on my weaknesses. Overall, it was a very eye-opening experience that has helped me become more self-aware and improve my interpersonal skills. My self-reflection journey has been a continuous process of introspection, growth, and self-
