• I n t r o d u c t i o n This presentation will discuss and analyze the results of our communication audit and explore potential strategies to improve our communication as a team. We will explore the current state of our communication to identify areas of improvement and focus on ways to optimize our communication practice. search data gathered from the organization, it appears that there are several emerging communication opportunities and strategies that can be recommended to improve the organization's communication.

• T h e R e s u l t o f t h e A u d i t  We gathered feedback from our team to conduct a communication audit.  The results showed that team members weren't entirely happy with the communication within the team.  The audit identified areas for improvement, such as better communication about goals and expectations, more effective collaboration tools, and improved feedback and recognition.  We can use this information to create a plan for improving our communication.

• H o w Ca n W e I m p r o v e ? Using our findings from the audit, we can come up with ways to improve the team's communication. This includes focus on clear goal setting, facilitate communication across all levels, frequent feedback, and using effective collaboration tools. By making these improvements, we can create an environment that is more conducive to productive communication.
