Self-Reflection Comments (one paragraph or minimum 2 reflection points for each of the three grading criteria to maximum 1 page). Please also list the three interview questions you were asked.
Self-Reflection
• I received important feedback during the interview process that showed my two areas of strength and places for improvement. To look
knowledgeable and confident during interviews, it was advised that I rehearse speaking in a more formal tone. I should also strive to provide clearer replies in order to minimize misunderstandings and improve understanding. I was glad to learn that I made eye contact and utilized hand gestures, as these things may have created a positive impact on the person conducting the interview and demonstrated that I was fully engaged.
• The response also indicated that I understood the questions accurately and did not neglect any vital information. This enhanced my candidature by demonstrating my capacity to pay careful attention and grasp complicated subjects. Furthermore, I interacted with the interviewer, underlining the need to develop a connection with the person being interviewed. This criticism has motivated me to enhance my interviewing abilities by modifying my terminology and better arranging my replies.
The question you were asked by the interviewer:
1.
What are your interests that outline your work?
2.
What are your strengths and qualities?
3.
What is your goal and motivation?
