Self-awareness: Which type of learner (based on the Individual Initiative & Engagement standards) do you think you were at the start of the term?   At the beginning of the term, I was a helpful learner, but in the short time since then, I have undergone significant transformation. I am now a self-sufficient student who is punctual and self-motivated. I've changed because I've adjusted my priorities and mentality to prioritize the things that will help me become a more mature and better person. How did using or not using the strategies throughout the term affect your level of dependence as a learner?   My reliance has reduced because of applying the tactics. By maintaining my own motivation and completing tasks on schedule, I can think independently. For instance, completing my projects for each course on time and not putting things off till later has been beneficial. Did the communication tools and channels you used work well for you?   Most of the channels and technologies I have utilized for communication have been effective for me. For instance, audio or video chats are ideal for family and friends, but email is the greatest method to do professional work in an organized manner. I shall stop communicating in any case that might lead to misunderstandings, such as when there are technical difficulties during a video conversation. Communication: With your updated understanding of the 11 communication strategies, do you agree that you were already using those strategies? In the beginning concerning this course, I was utilizing planning and organising as my ideas planning. But subsequently understanding these 11 communication game plans, I have grown my communication abilities in more productive and adept way by performing more in some discourse or questioning. So, I was not utilizing few of the ideas strategies earlier that I am achievement now.  In what ways did you practice those strategies this term?  By understanding added ideas game plans like questioning, making resolution, setting goals, Participating, I have processed on my abilities and effect is satisfactory. In some everyday dialogue with my companions or offspring or in class ventures, I have begun to compete more and making my resolutions and expanse the misunderstandings for better communication.
Would you consider yourself a good communicator based on those traits ? One of the best traits a communicator can have been active listening. I am an active listener because I make another person feel heard by keeping my full attention to what they are talking about and frequently responding to them. It is important for a person to be active listener, as in this world everyone needs a person who they can easily talk to and truly listens to them. Collaboration: What was your role in creating that type of team? In all the projects, as I have worked in groups. While working in the groups, I have always created a positive environment and have shown my engagement to make that thing to be successful. Was your team able to create psychological safety for you? Creating a positive and working environment is important and I am lucky that I have always got unique and collaborating people on my teams who have make sure of my mental safety and I have gained a lot of knowledge and experience. If it was opposite, I would have clearly stated our motive and correct if there was any misunderstanding and gave everyone a chance to speak their mind. What advice would you give to students in this course next term to help them create a collaborative team?  For the students in next term, I just have one advice that enjoy your group time and learn to understand other person including their ideas. You never know when you get a chance to learn about new things that can change your mindset and future goals. Listening actively, creating positive environment, questioning can help to make a collaborative team.
