Why Grand Canyon? I come from a small state called Minnesota, you’ve probably heard of the Twin Cities or West Metro and that’s I reside. I previously went to a college called Minneapolis Community Technical College which I figured out wasn’t a great fit after I continued had to pay out of pocket due to my motivation. The staff was outgoing, but their focuses were not primarily concerned about their academic graduation rat nor students' success. I was enrolled in four courses while attending MCTC, these courses were Communication 101, Statistics, Biology, and Chemistry. I withdrew 3 of them due to me procrastinating and going through seasonal depression. This was my first major life change for me. Meanwhile I had no support system while attending but I found the courage to complete my last course strong. From my previous experience at University of Minnesota the support I received was phenomenal along with competence of my courses I received Letters of Recommendations. While attending high school I was enrolled in a program called PSEO ( PostSecondary Enrollment Opportunities), Due to me receiving A Honer Roll from early and on-time class completion. While on my search for colleges who accepted or transfer, I was told about GSU. I was informed classes start every week, so I inquired submitting my interest.
