Introduction
Charter schools have changed education all around the world. Some parents don’t know
what a Charter school is. However, a Charter School is a public school funded by the state.
Students with a special learning disability can enroll. Knowing if the school has an accreditation
can contribute to a parent's choice.
While it has been encouraged that education is a physical
learning place, it is important to consider a Charter School for education.
What is a Charter School?
A Charter School is a public school that has free tuition. Charter schools have to get
approved by the State Department of Education. The authorization allows the school to educate
students in grades TK to graduation from high school. The Schools receive funding from the
state to run the approved Charter School. Charter Schools contract with education vendors to
provide different options for ordering curriculum. The funding is used for learning supplies used
in a classroom setting. Each family is assigned a teacher to verify your work samples, testing,
and teaching questions.
Does Charter Schools provide Special education?
Charter Schools are required to follow the same federal laws and regulations as
traditional schools. Charter schools have to accommodate students with special education needs.
Once a Physiologist tests a student, they create a report that is discussed with the parent, general
education teacher, and Principal. If the student qualifies for special education, the school creates
an Individual education plan called an IEP. The IEP will allow the school to assign the student a
Special education teacher who will meet with the student weekly to work on the goals that the
student needs to work on. IEP goals can be for English, Math, Writing, Speech, and Occupation

The topic of my argumentative essay will be over gun control and the affect firearms have over Americans. I believe that firearms should only be given to police officers, military, and those that are fully qualified with background checks. I believe that this will help reduce the amount of crime, school shootings, and gang violence among Americans, specifically the youth. This topic is very important, especially to us as college students because our school(s) being a public campus could bring the wrong attention. Although I don’t believe that guns should fully be banned in America, I do believe that guns do bring violence and cause us as Americans to not trust one another.
My question is do you agree or disagree with this discussion?

According to many, the digital world is being divided into ‘haves’ and ‘have nots’ – between those that have access and can use a computer and the Internet, and those that do not have such access. Some believe that this creates serious ethical implications and that there is a moral obligation to do something about the disparity; the ‘have nots’ may well feel discriminated against or feel ‘socially excluded’ and are missing out on many life opportunities. Do you feel that everyone everywhere should have access to computers and the Internet, regardless of location, need, competency, or ability to pay? If yes, who should provide the services and education and who should pick up the tab? If no, explain why not everyone needs access to the Internet.

But is it really a necessity—that is, essential for existence? If so, what about the individuals who do not have Internet access or those who choose not to use it? How might the perception of Internet access being or not being a necessity affect the growth of e-commerce?
