The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted the traditional way of delivering education, and
many students are now participating in remote learning. While remote learning has provided a
necessary solution for continued education during the pandemic, its effectiveness in enhancing
student engagement has been questioned. This research aims to explore the impact of remote
learning on student engagement in education, specifically how it has affected student motivation,
attention, and participation in online classes. Through this study, I aim to identify strategies that
can be implemented to enhance student engagement in remote learning, particularly during times
of crisis.
