You been asked to join a team of heritage and conservation specialists. Your expertise in interior decoration is required to help them develop their latest restoration project. The key objective of the project is to create contemporary working and living spaces that considers functionality, aesthetics, and heritage preservation. As the building is zoned for mixed-use land, the client aims to integrate both her business and living spaces within the project's scope.
The project centres on three (3) key areas: Living & Dining (combined)
, Bedroom 1
, and Bedroom 2
. Additionally, the client wants to explore changes to the front facade's paint colours
while adhering to heritage guidelines. Note: the bathroom and kitchen areas are excluded from the scope of work in
this phase.
Scope of Work:
Living & Dining Area (Gallery Space):

Combine both Living and Dining areas into one gallery space

Design and layout a gallery space to showcase the client's contemporary paintings

Close off the door to the kitchen ▪
Incorporate lighting solutions to enhance the presentation of artworks.
Bedroom 1 (Bedroom with Balcony):

Client wants a peaceful and calming space

Green is the client’s favourite colour and wants you to explore various colour schemes incorporating green.
