Explanation of why you chose your degree program/chosen field.
I graduated from college in 2017 and would like to continue studying in a related field to ensure I stay on track. I pursued a
diploma in Multimedia Infocomm Technology which provided a diverse range of IT programs ranging from networking to creative
designing. This course allowed me to choose a specialization in my final year, and I opted for ITSM (Information Technology Service
Management) as I am interested in providing IT expertise as a service to customers rather than focusing on IT systems. ITSM
concentrates on meeting customer needs and delivering IT services to anyone in need of it. Expectations of a career field I have experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), which involves delivering IT services to clients. As an IT Support
Technician, I have prepared a document detailing the services I will perform on a client's laptop or PC. The client must acknowledge
the document before I can proceed. Typically, my services involve checking the client's PC for software issues that prevent them from
completing their daily tasks, such as being unable to save files or access administrative rights. To work in this field, one typically
needs a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering. The ideal candidate should be a team player with a

proactive attitude, able to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
Being a good team player is crucial for success in any job.
Description of one of the common problems As a service provider, it can be difficult to meet everyone's expectations. There are times when we are unable to immediately
set up or update software for our clients. Despite their demands, certain tasks require more time and attention to ensure everything is
done correctly. For example, updating software may take longer if the files are too large or if the internet connection is slow. Some
clients may not understand this and may become frustrated if we need to bring their device back to our workspace to troubleshoot
issues before fixing them. In these cases, some clients may complain that they are unable to work and need their laptop back
immediately. Unfortunately, providing a spare laptop may not always work as files are saved and prepared on their original device.
Research of a scientist Alan Turing was hired by the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) in London to create an electronic computer. He designed the
Automatic Computing Engine (ACE), which was the first complete specification for an electronic stored-program all-purpose digital computer. In that same year, Turing became the deputy director of the Computing Machine Laboratory since there was no director. His earlier concept of a universal Turing machine had a significant impact on the Manchester computer project from the beginning. When Turing arrived in Manchester, he contributed to the computer's development by designing an input-output system that used 3
Bletchley Park technology and developing its programming system. Additionally, he wrote the first-ever programming manual, and his programming system was used in the Ferranti Mark I, which was the first electronic digital computer that was marketable in 1951. (B.J. Copeland).
How your vocation may be influenced by diversity and how it affects communication
Technology, which is another term for computers, has been rapidly advancing in the world. There are various ways to define
technology, ranging from networking to IT client services. In a company, it is beneficial to have individuals with diverse viewpoints,
including work, life, and cultural experiences. This creates an opportunity for collective learning. Communication is crucial, and
having a more diverse group of people and creating a workplace environment where everyone's voices are heard can lead to innovative
ideas and problem-solving. This approach can result in a more comprehensive definition of success, such as considering network
speeds in different locations globally or the color schemes of a product.
Values of the Christian worldview, and how a calling to the sciences could be a service to God. I am committed to serving the community through my values and love for God, using advanced methods. My goal is to assist
those in need by making it easy for them to sign up for programs at community offices. However, before visiting the public library, I
find it difficult to search for daily events or activities on their website. Therefore, I plan to develop software that will be stationed in
