Lai, N., & Harrington, P. (October 15, 2019). "Screen Time: Know Your Child’s Limits." (June 18, 2023). "Effects of Excessive Screen Time on Child Development: An Updated Review and Strategies for Management." National Library of Medicine. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC10353947/ This website from National Library of Medicine shows the physical and mental effect on
children. Also shows how it effects childrens speech, thinking patterns, and reading abilities. This website also contrasts and show the positive aspects of the use of screen time on young kids. The article also provides updated insights and suggests strategies for the effective management of screen time. I’ll be using this website to really show some of the positive ways that screen time can be used for children.
