This model helps minimize homelessness and provide people with a stable home with additional supports. It explains the philosophy of how housing is a basic right and that people who are homeless or are vulnerably housed should be provided with permanent housing. Which also offers support services for individuals that are focused on reducing harm, with a goal regarding social and community integration. References
