There are numerous issues that have been negatively impacting healthcare for years now and they still continue to do so. One of the major issues is the cost of health care. About half of US adults say they have difficulty affording health care costs. About four in 10 US adults say they have delayed or gone without medical care in the last year due to costs, with dental services being the most common type of care adults report putting off due to cost. It is very difficult to get medical insurance if you fall below the poverty level. Another issue and the health care industry today are preventable medical errors. A recent study by Johns Hopkins analyzed medical death rate data for eight years and found that medical errors are to blame for more than 250,000 deaths per year in the U.S. This accounts for 10% of all U.S deaths and makes it the third leading cause of death after heart disease and cancer. These days when you walk into a doctor's office you walk out almost as Quick as you walk in. Doctors need to take time for their patience and really get down to what is really going on.
