Our school family is very close and supports each other well. Our school principal is not only walking the halls daily but working the halls. She fills in when needed and goes above and beyond for us all. She is very supportive and builds a strong rapport with all her staff. She sits in on every grade-level meeting to address any updated information or teacher concerns. At the beginning of the school year, we create an interactive method to share the school's vision and mission. This is something that is communicated across the board to all stakeholders. This past year we implemented a “Chat n Chew” with Admin for parents to come and have a roundtable discussion.
