Week 2 Project Tiffany Martinez South University ITS1000-Computer and Internet Literacy Heith Hennel 12/08/2022
Healthcare Management My name is Tiffany I am currently working as a home healthcare provider for 8 years now, I am studying Healthcare Management. Becoming a healthcare management means I will be one of the ones that can help seek ways of improving patient care. Healthcare Managers we spend our days coordinating and managing health services in Hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. I picked this field because, healthcare management has higher than average salaries, a wide variety of workplace options, leadership, growth and many opportunities, and the work environment is amazing. What draws me to healthcare management is something I have always wanted to do. Healthcare Management is a great career choice for me because I will be able to increase my leadership, improve on problem solving, healthcare planning, and financial management’s. I have always loved walking around with a clip board pretending to be a healthcare manager. It is a career I want and have pushed myself to get this far. After graduating Healthcare management, I plan to study in RN and BSN, but I am still a bit iffy about it. I do plan to continue my dream career in healthcare management. Healthcare management is exactly what the name implies. It’s the overall management of a healthcare facility, such as hospitals, clinics, some nursing homes. Healthcare management ensures the facility’s meet their goals.
