Ajmal et al. (2022) research what can happen when a project does not follow the original designed scope. A project scope helps a project team work to achieve the goals set. However, when a scope is not managed well, such as an unclear definition, the outcome will show negative impacts to the project results. When this occurs, it is called project scope, and can cause delays, increase costs, and cause failure. During a project a set of milestones will be created to assure the project is running as planned, and the milestones will be a piece of the scope. The final scope will be signed
