After reading Barbara M. Tucker's "Liberty is Exploitation: The Force of Tradition in Early Manufacturing” and Seth Rockman's "Liberty is Land and Slaves: The Great Contradiction," answer the following: 1) How were liberty and oppression entwined in northern manufacturing and in the cotton economy of the South? 2) Take care to use specific supportive information and/or quotes from each source and cite these with in-text citations, and 3) Using the Chicago Style website, write a full reference entry for each source.
