suggests that there are varying accounts that cannot be proven or disproven. It shows that every

This is written, some parts handwritten, about the status of women in Africa. In July 1936,
correspondence arose from House of Commons by Miss Rathbone. In Africa, marriage was
registered after the consummation of marriage. There was no moral restraints and rampant spread
of prostitution. There is correspondence from men and women to states representatives showing
the need for changes.
