Both Sources Analyze the primary sources relevant to your historical event for the presence of bias. The first source is a Notice of Emergency Incident sent out tot the public and affected areas. This source is informing the people of the actions being taken to control the problems caused from the explosion. This source doesn’t seem to present a bias as it is just stating basic information and immediate measures that were taken. 2
