On April 19, 1995 a former US Army
soldier Timothy McVeigh committed
the most gruesome act of homegrown
terrorism. McVeigh parked a rented

exploded at precisely 9:02am. This
attack killed an astonishing 168

wounded several hundred more. The
response to the bombing was
immediate. The Oklahoma City Fire
Department set up an Incident

system. President Bush announced
the signing of FEMA-3113-EM-OK
which essentially allowed for full
reimbursement for all eligible
response missions.

organically assumed the attack was a
terrorist plot against the United States
from. Soon after the FBI started
piecing together information that led
