Response : The goal is specific and is not ambiguous. What makes this goal measurable? Does it include metrics to gauge success? Response : The goal includes a revenue metric and goal that is measurable. What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and resources? Response : This goal is attainable and achievable with the resources that have been given. What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives? Response : This goal is relevant and necessary for the continued success and growth of the company. What makes this goal time-bound? Does it include a timeline or deadline? Response : This plan in its entirety will launch at the end of quarter three, it is currently quarter 1. Data assessing the success of the project will be collected through the end of the year.

Response : The goal is measurable in that the clicks will increase by 15k a month which will be exposing potential customers to the benefits of the company. What makes this goal attainable? Is it realistic given available time and resources? Response : This goal is attainable and achievable with the resources that have been given. What makes this goal relevant? Does it support project or business objectives? Response : This goal is relevant and necessary for the continued success and growth of the company. What makes this goal time-bound? Does it include a timeline or deadline? Response : Month over month the traffic to the website will increase by 15k.
