I like to talk the problem out, whether it is outload to myself or with another person.
Laying the situation out to get a better understanding of the problem. When I can’t
remember billing adjustments at work, I talk it out with my team and it usually leads to
solving the problem or task at hand.

My plan is to dedicate certain hours of my day to course work/study time.

Log in early because I wear different hats in my life so I need to take advantage of any
additional open time that I have.
