Question 1 How many people can be accommodated in these neighborhood? It shows what number of people we can accommodate in the neighborhood. As we can see Royal Oak, Ogden, and the downtown commercial core can accommodate the most people (ie 4) and the least are the Hillhurst, downtown west end, and beltline (ie 2). I used bar charts to represent this as this is effective in conveying the information clearly and understandably.
Question 2 What are the prices for the rooms according to the location? It shows the prices of bedrooms in a particular location. The highest location is the EAU Claire with a room price of 130 and the lowest location is University Heights with a room price of 13 I chose line charts to represent the data as they are a valuable tool for visualizing time-related data and trends and they are widely used in various fields including finance, science, and economics. They show trends, patterns, and changes over time. They are effective in showing temporal trends, change over time continuity, forecasting, etc.
Question 3 How many bedrooms are there in each borough? It shows bedroom availability in each borough, center is the highest borough with 269 count of bedrooms. Whereas Southeast is the lowest borough with just 15 count of bedrooms. I used horizontal bars for representation, they are effective when it comes to comparison, space efficiency, layout, and readability. We can see our data set.
