Determine the team decision-making policy to be implemented (by consensus? by majority vote?). Our team will use consensus as our decision-making policy. 5. Create a plan for ongoing communication and file sharing. ( What will be the primary method for communication? How will urgent issues be communicated to the team? How often will the team meet or communicate each week? Etc. ) Google Meet will be used to hold weekly meetings. Google Docs and email will be used for file sharing and to communicate urgent issues, as thefour members on the team check their email multiple times during the day. 6. Create a conflict management strategy that will be implemented during the presentation development. Our team will use collaboration and compromise to hear out each team member’s viewpoint and use a team consensus for resolution. Each team member must sign this contract by typing their name in the table provided below. By signing this contract each team member agrees: 1) to abide by the team decisions reflected in this contract; and 2) to respect the privacy of team members by preventing the disclosure of the personal information contained in this contract, or any other work created by the team, to any non-team member except WGU staff.
