The project life cycle outlines the series of actions required to complete a project. It provides an
overview of the project delivery process and the steps needed to make a difference (Barron et al., 2014). Each phase of the project is managed by a team from start to finish. The project life cycle begins with the conception of an idea, continues to evolve, and ultimately ends at the completion of the project.
The first phase in the life cycle of a project is to begin the project with your team and the client, at which point you must get their commitment to continue with the project (Barron et al., 2014). It is possible to ascertain the scope, budget, and resources of a project by meticulously collecting all of the relevant data pertaining to the project.
During the planning phase of a project, you will be responsible for developing an overall road map and detailing all the activities that a project requires. At this point, it is time to choose a plan that will allow the project to accomplish its objectives. Three aspects need to be taken into consideration to evaluate such objectives: what may be imagined, what is impassioned, and what is all-encompassing.
At this point in the project life cycle, you are ready to execute your plan. First, you must bring your resources on board and provide them with a thorough briefing, establish regulations, and introduce everyone to each other. Next, you need to outline the project and prepare all necessary documentation. Once completed, you must obtain authorization to proceed to the implementation phase. Your role as project manager involves overseeing the team as they work towards delivering the final product.
The current phase of project management is the most difficult one to handle. It involves being responsible for managing and supervising projects, as well as reporting on performance (Gorbachenko, 2023). Conducting an assessment to determine whether the project is progressing in accordance with the plan, and if it is not, taking responsibility for the situation by developing plans to remedy it. You, as the project manager, are accountable for monitoring and managing the project throughout all its phases.
The final closure or completion phase involves delivering final deliverables to clients, transferring project documentation to enterprises, concluding supplier contracts, releasing project resources, and contacting all parties. The last step is lessons-learned studies of triumphs
and failures. Future project teams will benefit from this research since it returns prior project knowledge to the project organization.

The most effective key performance indicators (KPI) are those that are objective and precise. The amount of pressure that was placed on me to do well was significant, and it is motivating to
be able to see outcomes in such a demonstrable way.
A goal that is very ambitious seems to be inaccessible for an indefinite amount of time. Because I was falling short of expectations in terms of the speed at which my accomplishments were being evaluated, the pressure to perform significantly increased.
One of my critical performance indicators is making sure that I am keeping track of my weight. This is something that I have chosen to undertake since I believe that maintaining a healthy weight range is an essential component of successfully aging. Increases in body mass index (BMI) that are associated with advancing age are associated with an increased risk of health issues, just as they may be at younger ages. Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and stroke are a few instances of medical conditions. It is possible that reducing one's weight or keeping a healthy weight will result in fewer risks. Another is tracking productivity is one of the most important performance markers for me. I believe it's an excellent choice because it can immediately enhance the openness and honesty of your firm. It provides information on tasks and their expected completion times, allowing you to keep track of progress. You can also identify areas that are often neglected and arrange your responsibilities more effectively. Overall, tracking productivity is a valuable tool for improving efficiency and achieving success.
I have been paying more attention to my weight because I exercise for at least an hour every single day. My ability to become more productive has been aided by the creation of to-do lists and the determination to do three jobs every day.
