Week 3: Scaffolding for ELD Proficiency Levels (30 points) PART I. Review the ELD Standard and consider the expectations at each ELD proficiency level. Under each level include a list of appropriate scaffolds that could be used during teaching. Include 4-5 strategies for the emerging level, 3-4 for the expanding level and 2-3 at the bridging level. There will be some overlap, just be sure that there are more robust scaffolding strategies at the emerging level.
