Was this situation a CSR issue, a compliance issue or simply a media/press issue that could be dismissed with a reference to Lundbeck's commitment to CSR as a member of the UN Global Compact? I would say that this situation is a compliance issue. This is a compliance issue because these things would not have taken place if Lundbeck followed the correct protocol which was to provide specific references to the UNGP and indicate whether or how those principles were consulted. Had these things been done, this could have prevented the controversy with Lundbeck and the media press. 2. Who were Lundbeck's key stakeholders for this issue? I think that the prisons were the key stakeholders. 3. What critics could Lundbeck have anticipated and from which stakeholders?

I think that Lundbeck could have anticipated the media press. Although they had prove and evidence that their medicine was not made for execution, because many were effected o the drug it falls on lundbeck. 4. This situation unfolded extremely quickly for the company. Based on the stakeholder analysis you completed and the UN Global Compact principles you read about last week, what could the company have done before the incident and as it was unfolding? I think the main issue where this company went wrong is they weren't careful. Although their medicine was created to help with severe medical conditions such as seizures, this medicine was able to get into the hands of the prison owner where they were injecting this medicine incorrectly, causing a torturing death to prisoners. If the company may have had a stronger restricted system for purchase this could have been avoided.
