After

patient
is
seen
by
the
doctor
and
the
documentation
for
the
visit
is
completed
in
the
EMR,
the
fee
sheet
is
prepared.
The
procedural
and
diagnostic
codes
that
apply
to
the
services
are
provided,
and
this
information
will
be
used
to
prepare
a
claim
for
medical
billing
to
the
patient's
insurance.
To
begin,
go
to
Patient/Client
in
the
top
menu,
and
select
Patients
under
it.
Search
for
the
patient
by
last
name
(Acuna).
Then
select
the
patient
from
the
list.
Select
the
06/21/20xx
encounter
from
the
Select
Past
Encounters
list
to
display
the
details
of
the
visit.
Under
the
Administrative
menu,
select
Fee
Sheet.

Document
to
open
the
SOAP
note
completed
by
the
provider.
The
SOAP
note
includes
the
procedure
and
diagnosis
-
codes
that
need
to
be
entered
in
the
fee
sheet.
To
add
the
E/M
procedure
code
for
the
office
visit,
select
E/M
code
99203
from
the
list
of
codes
on
this
screen,
or
use
the
Procedure
Search
to
search
for
and
select
99203.
Select
the
Diagnosis
tab
of
the
Fee
Sheet
to
add
the
diagnosis
codes.
In
the
Diagnosis
gearch
field,
enter
the
ICD-
