Native Bush Spices Australia
Project Management Plan
Background
Based in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales, Native Bush Spices Australia is a firm that specialises in
organic native culinary items from Australia. The business was established in 2010 and is certified
organic. It offers a range of goods, such as fruit preserves, herbal teas, and native herbs and spices.
Increasing sales, diversifying its product line, raising brand recognition, and breaking into international
markets (including Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore) are now the company's top goals.
Creating a new website that satisfies these goals is the project's main purpose. In addition to being an
online store, the website will provide users with information about local herbs and spices, a space to
exchange recipes, and an opportunity to learn about the health advantages of bush spices.
Objectives
The project's main objectives are as follows:
-Build an e-commerce website that is easy to use and aesthetically pleasing so that users may place
direct product orders.
-Raise consumer engagement by offering helpful material, such as recipes and details on the
advantages of using bush spices for health.
-Create a new corporate logo that captures the essence and core principles of the organisation.
-Aid in the company's increased sales and global expansion.
-Establish a robust digital footprint to increase brand recognition among the target audience, which
consists of gourmet food connoisseurs between the ages of 35 and 65 who prioritise environmental
sustainability and good health.
How the success of the project will be measured
- Website functionality: The shopping cart's seamless functioning, the website's ease of navigation, and
its responsiveness across a range of devices will all be evaluated.
- User Engagement: Measures of user involvement will be tracked, including page visits, time spent on
the website, and use of recipes and health information.
- Sales Growth: The project's ability to accomplish its sales-related goals will be demonstrated by a rise
in online sales and revenue over the prior year.
- Acceptance of the New Logo: In order to assess the new logo's acceptability and consistency with the
company's brand, stakeholder input will be taken into account.
- Market Expansion: A crucial sign of a project's success will be the effective introduction into foreign
markets, as demonstrated by rising sales and market presence in those regions.
