The characteristics of customers are their demographics, gender, age, and locations.
Customers are male and female and they are a variety of ages. I can reach them by social media
such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Using these networks will help me reach customers in
the marketplace. These types of categorizations can help me to target the right kind of marketing
to certain customers. Guaranteeing customers acquire what is needed is known as quality of
service. Service delivery is the most operative mean for distinction between businesses.
Technology brings people and products together fast. Managers must increase customer
contribution in the delivery of quality service if they want to remain viable in markets. There are
improved levels of customer contribution in services that is familiar for customers, and will lead
to advanced service quality delivered. Growths of self-service technology has become the
leading channel of service delivery. Customer input has rapidly increased because of this.
Managers must also determine the extent the customer is comprised in the process of delivery.
In the near future, I anticipate that two types of distribution will succeed are employee
services and total self-services. In combination, the two are very much existent in companies
currently. Increased customer contribution has a lot of advantages. For instance, Internet sales
and investment are both self-service for customers. These new industry replicas are meant for
customers to serve themselves. A self-service portal has excellent success in creating a position
in the market and better achieve shares of market.
