As a major office supply platform, Staples.ca demands a flawless online shopping experience. Common user scenarios, such as website registration, product searches, cart interactions, and wishlist management, are the basis for the testing strategy. These scenarios correspond with common user actions, guaranteeing a thorough assessment of essential features. A crucial component of this testing effort is applying knowledge obtained from heuristic analyses. The development of testing scenarios is guided by earlier research, which makes it easier to discover and rank any usability issues with the website.
