Project Objective Our project seeks to comprehensively document the designation of the emergency affected areas, shelters and storage facilities, improve processes for our early warning systems and signals, carryout training and drills for volunteers and public officials , develop a communication plan for responding and execute at least a minimum of one simulation practice drill for the emergency response plan. Plan and assume responsibility for overall coordination of events and tasks.

Provide guidance and alignment to all stakeholders and ensure effectiveness of response plans •
Manage logistics of supply and procurement
