INF 220 Week 1 Discussion 1 Describe one measurement dimension of the “A Priori Model” using the dimension measurements in the “A Priori Model” diagram. The “A Priori Model” is made up of five builds which are partly responsible for the success of enterprise systems. Those builds are: system quality, information quality, satisfaction, individual impact, and organizational impact. In this discussion, concentration will be placed on the system quality feature of the “A Priori Model”. System quality addresses data preciseness, data currency, database volume, accessibility, user preliminaries, system features, system preciseness, plasticity, constancy, adaptability, tact, unification, and personalization. The enterprise system is not helpful to a company if the data is wrong, outdated, or too large. The system must be easy for users but intricate enough to adjust as technology advances and the necessities of the company. “There must be flawless integration that allows for multiple areas of the business to access information from a central source and allow for outside integration for business partners and vendors” (Valacich et al., 2016). Identify how Dr. Gonzaga’s IT organization provided enterprise systems that addressed the “A Priori” measurement dimension you identified: system quality, information quality, satisfaction, individual impact, or organizational impact. Dr. Gonzaga (Ivy, 2015, 2:00) manifests that her organization managed and developed tech support, infrastructure, software development, database management, pc support, network management, disaster recovery, security management, and strategic management. The approach which Dr. Gonzaga takes is a concentration on the skill of benefiting from and streamlining the methods which make the company lucrative. The skill of using her educational resources to form and implement exceptional systems which influence the success of the company makes her very important to ARCS Commercial Mortgage.
