Assignment 2 BSBPMG 511 Project Background Max Lionel Realty was founded in 2008 by property developer Max Lionel. The company currently employs approximately 100 people, 80 of whom are licensed real estate agents. Through its client agents, the organization manages property sales and rentals (both residential and commercial) on behalf of a range of clients. The organization also separately engages in investment activities, such as property and land development. Max Lionel Realty has been a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) since 2008 and proudly follows the REIV Code of Conduct. Max Lionel Realty (MLR), in order to build customer goodwill and satisfy its legal and ethical obligations, has decided to implement a program to: inform agents of legal and ethical obligations (particularly with respect to WHS and anti- discrimination legislation) and any standards or codes of conduct followed by the organisation promote high standards in professional conduct (see Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Code of Conduct and relevant legislation) inform clients, tenants and potential tenants of MLR’s commitments achieve employee and client buy-in for initiative Page 2 of 16

Assignment 2 BSBPMG 511 Scope Definition The scope of the plan covers the following aspects: Writing the legal and ethical obligations in relation to WHS and anti-discrimination policy Creating and developing standard written norms of codes of conducts Establishing proper communication channel to pass on the MLR’s commitments to clients, tenants and potential tenants The scope of the plan does not cover the following aspects: Creating, developing and implementing of any kind of training or mentoring programs for the clients, tenants and agents to communicate the legal and ethical obligations, code of conducts and MLR commitments. No engagement of any kind of interpreter or translators for the non-English speaking or understating clients and tenants Objectives and Success Criteria From this plan the key objectives and success criteria are to: Communicating the legal and ethical objectives along with standard code of conduct Error free writing with understandable format Completion of writing will be subjected to the approval by the board of directors Clear language will eradicate confusions among all the related parties to MLR Deliverables inform agents of legal and ethical obligations and any standards or codes of conduct followed by the organisation promote high standards in professional conduct inform clients, tenants and potential tenants of MLR’s commitments achieve employee and client buy-in for initiative Acceptance Criteria The entire writings should be formatted, structured and free of grammatical errors.
