Hello everyone, My name is Noelia, and this is my last class in the Masters of Cybersecurity. One highlight of the program that stands out is the principle of Protect everything, from your phone, computers, and laptops. It is essential not to overlook or underestimate any criminal trying to hack any of these devices belonging to you. Implementing controls to reduce as much risk as possible is the best protection. This has benefitted me as I have yet to be hacked. I will continue to stay informed and updated with security protocols that help me adjust to new technologies from being attacked by cybercriminals. I played a role as a consultant when a customer needed advice on how to increase cash flow in their business. As a banker working in a financial institution, you need to cross-sell every possible product to better the experience for a customer. To identify the best solution for my client, I needed to ask the right questions, listen intently, and understand their current financial situation. I recommended a loan product that best fits the customer's needs. The decision was a collaboration of team effort; I needed to ensure that I collected all the necessary information to pass along to the business loan officer and get my client approved for a business loan. Two of the traits I exhibited were self-confidence and adaptability. The self-
confidence came with proper job training. Adaptability is collaborating with my peers and preparing for unforeseen issues that could arise if my client is not approved for a loan; the next step is educating my clients on how to better their circumstances to become better candidates for a future business loan.
