These tasks have been designed to help you demonstrate the skills and knowledge that you have learnt during your course. The Student User Guide provides important information for you relating to completing assessment successfully. Assessment for this unit For you to be assessed as competent, you must successfully complete three assessment tasks: Assessment Task 1: Knowledge questions – You must correctly answer all questions. Assessment Task 2: Portfolio – You must complete your portfolio document to demonstrate that you have supported, reported and documented issues and needs of three people in palliative care. Work placement required You will require a work placement to complete Assessment Task 2.
