Assessment for this unit For you to be assessed as competent, you must successfully complete three assessment tasks:  Assessment Task 1: Knowledge questions – You must correctly answer all questions.  Assessment Task 2: Portfolio – You must complete your portfolio document to demonstrate that you have supported, reported and documented issues and needs of three people in palliative care. Work placement required You will require a work placement to complete Assessment Task 2.
