Children have unique needs and the support they need should reflect their individualism, factors in the service that may impact the support include if the child struggles to connect with friends support
with emotional regulation and conflict may be required as an example or if they grapple with processing emotions, educators may need to assist. In 150 words explain what law the NQF operates under and what types of standards the National law sets, include the law/legislation which applies in your state.\
The Education and Care Services National Law outlines standards for children's education and Regulations form the legal framework that supports the National Quality Framework (NQF). The Law includes principles and requirements for education and care services, whereas the Regulations set out operational guidelines, such as; what qualifications educators are required to
attain and what type of environment must be provided for children, like furniture and safe toys and equipment to use and that children are provided with nutritious food.
