Equal Pay Principle

Transparent Compensation Structure
Canadian Soccer Association will engage in the payment of transparent and fair base
salaries to the players of both the male and the female national teams with consideration given to
factors including experience, performance, and market value. Moreover, special reward plans
will be made to equally recognize individual and teamwork achievements that were not
effectively motivating people during the past.
Performance-Based Bonuses
The Canadian Soccer Association will run bonuses on performance to players of both the

recognitions. The bonus criteria will now span genders as female employees and their
