This exam concerns property and financial questions only;
issues about time spent with children should

Address both statutory provisions and relevant case law in
your answer.
You can cite the Family Law Act 1975 (Cth) as
FLA. When referencing cases from the required reading just
the name and year are sufficient, ie
Mallet
(1984). If you refer
to other cases from beyond the course, use full citations the
first time.
Don’t restate the facts of a case, just refer to
them as needed to make your argument.
