CHALLENGES OF INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERSHIP
Article Critique
There are challenges in education that hinder administrators from advocating to and from parents and teachers. There are also challenges that only allow administrators to communicate overall messages to and from parents. Being an administrator, you must practice certain leadership skills. These
skills include creating and conveying academic goals. Administrators are also responsible for the development of their teachers. Administrators evaluate the quality of the teaching that happens in their school. Administrators evaluate curriculum as well. One of the most important challenges that administrators face is creating and maintaining a safe environment that supports learning and is a supports staff and students (Le Fevre & Robinson, 2014). Relationships were reported as a necessity that allow for trust to be the foundation that creates an atmosphere needed to improve teaching for staff and learning for students. The trust in the relations
allows for staff to try new instructional roles and strategies that address teacher performance. It also finds new ways to engage parents and the community (Le Fevre & Robinso, 2014). There was a survey done that allows parents and staff to rate the effectiveness of administrators. Questions were proposed to staff and parents that allow them to provide their feedback that rates certain criteria for different administrators. Administrators have been found that they are not as knowledgeable or inquisitive about what parents and staff feel about their leadership capabilities. As a result, administrators tend to score low to moderate on the surveys (Le Fevre & Robinson, 2014). To combat these low to moderate scores administrators, need the skills to communicate effectively and respectfully with teachers about their teaching and learning that occurs. Administrators need to be able to convey the requirements that are needed to be instructional leaders. Since administrators mostly score between low and moderate, it can be said that there is training needed for professional learning for administrators (Le Fevre & Robinson, 2014).

How to reply to this in 100 words?
For this week's discussion, we have been asked to review and discuss the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). This is an extension of the Jungian personality theory, which identifies personality traits that help identify performance measures that make it easier to promote and use employees in a way that will ensure their success (McShane & Von Glinow, 2022). However, there are particular areas in business where this can be used, as it is not a bulletproof evaluation tool, and, per the text, it could be a better tool for performance evaluation and pre-employment. (Coe, 1992). So, how does this apply to the question of the week, and how can we use it in daily business to increase the success of the employee and the business overall?
The MBTI tool could promote middle managers to the executive level. Executive-level managers are good leaders with strong communication skills and personality traits that set them apart from the pack (Men, 2015). We…

How do I respond to this in 100 words?Rewards are considered a vital key in creating employee devotion to increase performance and consistency (Bose & Maheshwary, 2019). When it comes to rewarding employees for their hard work, Plant Manager Henry Simms has various options available. When trying to motivate employees, they are often offered rewards such as additions to base pay, retirement contributions, commissions, profit sharing, cash bonuses, and meals (Employee, 2021). Employers generally focus on maintaining operating costs for better economic gains, so providing additional monetary rewards can conflict with the firm's goals (Holley et al., 2017). Employees report that they prefer to receive rewards based on individual performance, such as an increase in base pay compared to single lump sums or incentive pay (Holley et al., 2017). Looking at the company budget for employee rewards would ultimately determine how they can be handled. I would recommend offering a lunch to both…
