Greetings Everyone!
What was the most interesting thing you learned in the modules or created for the project?
The most interesting thing I've learned so far is Cramer's Rule. The unique approach to solving a system of linear equations using an explicit formula, was very beneficial in the analysis of Projects One's communication network. Knowing different approaches to solving systems of linear equations helps me to double check my answers by using different approaches (like using an inverse matrix or substitution/elimination).
What concepts do you feel are unclear or that you need more practice applying?
I feel like I have a good understanding of most of the concepts covered so far but I would definitely benefit from having more practice on vectors and determinants.
What are you most excited to learn next?
I'm excited to learn new concepts and different approaches to solving equations. The next phase of learning about vector spaces sounds interesting! I look forward to the challenge.
How did you overcome any roadblocks you encountered while working on the activities or project?
I revisited a lot of the materials in Zybooks to help me overcome roadblocks. The Khan academy
videos helped as well. Taking small breaks also helped me stay refreshed when tackling different
parts of the assignment which helped my focus. Planning was also a key factor in preventing roadblocks, removing obstacles before you even start will prevent a lot of roadblocks and allow you to focus. All those steps helped me a lot while working on the project.
