Hello class,
U.S. Air Force successfully test AI-controlled fighter jet.
During the World War 1, aircrafts were deployed for surveillance, bombardment, and even for air-to-air combat. Aircrafts were initially utilized for reconnaissance, but as the conflict continued, they were increasingly deployed in battle. Air-to-air confrontations began with fighter planes such as military use aircrafts. For instance, back in the 1916 military aircraft were used at the Battle of the Somme which was a deadly battle against German forces along the Western Front of World War I. The combat lasted from July 1 to November 1916. British Army's Royal Flying Corps (RFC) was vital to the conflict. The RFC flew reconnaissance sorties to acquire
intelligence on German forces and artillery positions and attacked enemy areas to reinforce ground troops.
For the current event news, the Defense Department disclosed that artificial intelligence operated a jet resembling an F-16 for a total of 17 hours during 12 missions. A series of flights utilizing the X-62A Vista experimental aircraft took place in December at Edwards Air Force Base
in California. The test's objective is to identify whether AI-controlled aircraft can cooperate with
human pilots in a combat scenario. AI in military aviation could completely change how air warfare is carried out. AI systems may provide the military an advantage in combat because they can process huge amounts of information and make choices more quickly than humans. A representative of AACO stated, "It is crucial that we fly these agents to validate the difference from the simulator to live flights after training our AI-driven autonomy agents using high-
performance computing, modeling, and simulation."
In conclusion, this shows how military aviation has changed through time and how AI research will continue to influence how air combat is fought in the future. The use of AI in military applications has both advantages and drawbacks, but it is obvious that the technology will become more crucial to national defense and security in the years to come.

Question 2
In thermodynamics, interactions between large ensembles of objects are studied and categorized. Central to this are the concepts of the
thermodynamic system and its surroundings. A system is composed of particles, whose average motions define its properties, and those
properties are in turn related to one another through equations of state. Properties can be combined to express internal energy and
thermodynamic potentials, which are useful for determining conditions for equilibrium and spontaneous processes.
(a) Consider an electric refrigerator located in a room. Determine the direction of the work and heat interactions (in or out) when the following
are taken as the system:
i. the contents of the refrigerator.
ii. all parts of the refrigerator including the contents.
iii. everything contained within the room during a winter day.

You are watching a live concert. You can also find the concert streaming live on Spotify. About how far must you stand from the stage in order for
the live concert and the live stream to be perfectly in sync?
HINT: Assume the radio signal (Spotify) has to travel all the way around the Earth.
circumference of the Earth (average): 40,041,000 m
Speed of sound: 345 m/s
Speed of light: 300,000,000 m/s

Make an introduction to a report of a rocket study project, in the OpenRocket software, where the project consists of the simulation of single-stage and two-stage rockets, estimating the values of the exhaust velocities of the engines used, as well as obtaining the graphs of "altitude", "mass ratio x t", "thrust x t" and "ψ × t".

⦁ “God himself could not sink this ship” This is an advertisement for the Titanic, produced in the early 1900s. However, after colliding with an iceberg at dawn on April 15, 1912, two rivers were formed, and out of the 2,200 people on board, 1,500 people, including the captain, sank with the ship. According to a later investigation, the “temperature change theory” (DBTT theory) was the most promising cause of the sinking. Give a brief guess of the cause of the ship's sinking in relation to temperature.
