1. I definitely think before hearing Jenn talk about her career; I was not interested in medical packaging at all. But after hearing her talk it made me more interested in wanting to know more about the industry. I personally don ’t really see myself going that route and being a medical packaging professional. Because I ’m m uch more interested in going in to spirits and wine but I am still open to everything as I go along in the packaging program here. 2. There being actively listening, semi- listening and not listening at all I don’t remember the other one but I do struggle being 100 percent engaged sometimes. Sometimes I just drift off when the topics bore me and am only semi- listening. I think I need to improve on that. 3. I think it will yes, especially while still in school when being in group setting. I think that getting good at doing it now while I ’m in school will benefit me for the future when I get a full-time job and will have already have had practice at doing it so I can be more confident doing it in the work place and just using SBI in general I think is useful because it way to make your team potentially be improved or more efficient. 4. I think I could ’ve used SBI at one of my previous male dominated staff job. I think I should’ve executed it while I worked their but I didn’t have the confidence at the time being one of the only women their felt overwhelming to use SBI when talking about the issues of improvement I wanted to address almost kind of related to that. But I think now I do have the confidence to do it where to happen again. 5. Lets lay out a scenario: your group member, Jamie, is not contributing to the group project. Jamie has been consistently late, not responsive and when they are involved they are not

actively engaged. How can you offer feedback to Jamie using the SBI? Please lay out what you might say using the SBI framework: There is no right or wrong answer, I just want you to practice saying how the situation affects you (your team) by using the frame work. What you you say for each of the sections below? (use the SBI method, I will post her presentation as soon as I get it in the "additional resources" module) S: In the previous weeks when working on this group project B: I’ ve noticed you haven’t been very engaged and on time for our project meetings. I: This is really setting back the group when you don’t do your share like everyone else is, so we can be successful with this project.
