2 Critical Thinking Questions 2 The key aspects of each of the four frameworks and models of Iowa, OMRU, PARHS, and JBI applying evidence into the decision-making process. Each model according to the Introduction to Evidence Based Practice as Iowa uses a systematic structure using the evidence research as an outline to find alternatives, identify issues and improve progress (Hopp & Rittenmeyer, 2020). OMRU comprehensive share medical information patients by “evidence- based techniques for patient treatments through research, theories, scientific journals, and reflection” (Hopp & Rittenmeyer, 2020). PARIHS cultural and management affect the use of “evidence as bringing research into practice through knowledge components” (Hopp & Rittenmeyer, 2020). JBI “identifying problems, analyzing research, evaluating evidence, and evidence-based strategies into practice” (Hopp & Rittenmeyer, 2020). For each of the four frameworks and models guide healthcare professionals the importance of using evidence in clinical decision making. A situation would potentially benefit from using a model or framework to guide the implementation of evidence to create interventions to the circumstances. According to Hopp & Rittenmeyer, healthcare professionals establish interventions regardless of circumstances for model or framework need to provide specific and adjustable solutions (2020). Providing healthcare professionals with valuable tools to help in patient education of the model or framework to be effective. The purpose of framework or model to be clear to understand and use. Using one of the four models or frameworks therapeutic  determine course of action for patient care by previous and current research on intervention developed. The PARIHS approach that’s adaptable as seen the importance of evidence, assessment less difficult, and can be modified for patient-centered care” (Hopp & Rittenmeyer, 2020).
