To create a safe abortion enviroment for woman and children all authors of the article had
stated that
by establishing barring public funding, increasing the cost with unnecessary
clinic regulations, decreasing the number of available doctors and clinics, imposing waiting
periods, and mandating rigid parental involvement laws, anti-abortion activists have put
safe and legal abortion completely beyond the reach of a significant segment of our
population, namely the young, the rural, and most of all, the poor will create a safe
environment for woman to have safer abortion without leading to millions woman having
unsafe and unproper abortion.

ILEGAL ABORTION HAD LED TO UNSAFE ABORTION

The decreased of state a result many of the women who have been denied
Roe
’s
protections have either carried and borne children against their will or have faced significant
delay in obtaining an abortion, thereby making the procedure more costly, more risky, and more
emotionally and morally challenging. According to authors Lisa’s and Nawalz’s article it has
stated that
every year, worldwide, about 42 million women with unintended pregnancies choose
abortion, and nearly half of these procedures, 20 million, are unsafe. Some 68,000 women die of
unsafe abortion annually, making it one of the leading causes of maternal mortality (13%). Of the
women who survive unsafe abortion, 5 million will suffer long-term health complications.
Unsafe abortion is thus a pressing issue. Both of the primary methods for preventing unsafe
abortion—less restrictive abortion laws and greater contraceptive use—face social, religious, and
political obstacles, particularly in developing nations, where most unsafe abortions (97%) occur.
OBSERVATION THREE: SOLVENCY:

The act of legalizing abortion will end unsafe and unwanted abortions. In the article of
health benefits of legal abortions stated an argument that before legal abortion about
200,000 woman proceeded with abortion while now that in some state abortion is illegal
about 1,200,000 woman illegally induced abortions occurring annually in the US. Not only
it stated the higher number of woman having unsafe abortion but it also added that the
complication rates for illegal abortions, most of which were performed by unskilled
practitioners in unsafe settings, were much higher than the rates for legal abortion now.
Complications were related to ineffective or unsafe methods, Sepsis, particularly with the
bacterium "Clostridium prefringens," which causes gas gangrene, was a major problem that
has virtually disappeared.
OBSERVATION FOUR: PLAN:
THEREFORE WE PRESENT THE FOLLOWING PLAN: ABOLISHING ILLEGALING
ABORTION WILL END WOMAN HAVING UNSAFE AND DANGOUS ABORTIONS: BY
