Code of Ethics (C.S.)
The ethics of code in the IGDA points out that in a workplace situation like that there is no fear of working here or having your voice heard. Where everyone is treated equally no matter the race and no one should be harassed to even work here or have their voice heard that’s the most important ethical issue they talk about more. The language it mostly focuses is on utilitarianism where they are trying to keep everyone happy by talking about the safe working conditions at this company and trying to say that anyone could be a leader if they just try a little hard and try to lead themselves as well as the people. It only provides general statements about how they are keeping the workplace a safe place and what the principles of working here are. They say that if they don’t follow the ethical rules that will not be tolerated and you can end up losing your job. I would say a professional could be compelled to follow it just because of how they trying to get everyone to follow the ethical rules and if they can’t follow it it’s not tolerable so I would say a professional would be compelled to follow this code of ethics.
