GOVT 421 China R. Whitmire Liberty University-Online Government 421- B02 R ESEARCH P APER : R ELIGIOUS L IBERTY P REPARATION A SSIGNMENT 1) As both historical and newfound oppositions arise as well as reservations in regards to the separation of Church and State. An urgent need for clarification and understanding of this growing issue continues between the U. S. citizens and the body of American Christian believers. This is an important issue within our country and deserves to be explained and simplified through both biblical scriptures and historical research. 2) In reference to the case of McCreary County v. ACLU and Van Orden v. Perry of (2005) , issues arise concerning the ability an individual possesses to freely dress in attire which supports their beliefs inside of government physicalities. Overwhelmed with confusion concerning how America was founded on Biblical Principles and now those exact principles are silenced and withheld from governmental discussions. Through this research paper, I intend to provide a simplistic clarification to the questions of separation, impacts surrounding it and most of all the Constitutional principles in relation to concepts of Christiantiy. 3) I.
